At Zapt, we strive to provide high-quality smart home solutions and essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags.
  • The product is eligible for return under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:

  • Used or installed smart home devices.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been used or are no longer in their original hygienic condition.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale."

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable).

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • We will bear the return shipping cost for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
  • For other approved returns, return shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return in accordance with this policy.
